WE WON! - MERRY CHRISTMAS

Oh yeah, that's right! We won by 93 votes to 800 people who voted. That was great and it felt AMAZING knowing that the hard job we had in the last few weeks was worth it.

Now, we're having plans for parties (there' will be a Christmas party on Tuesday and I hope my mom lets be be there!), flash mobs, dance work-shops, and so much more events!
We are going to be the BEST S.A EVER!

And now, I just get in Christmas holidays. Hope you all are happy and realized.

I wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Love, Maria. xxxxxxxxxx

DAY 3 - Tuesday

(That guy on your right side was THE surprise of the century! He won "Portugal's got talent" doing beatbox -it's a portuguese version of "British's got talent"- so, he's a bit famous right now. And everybody loves him, so I guess we've got at least the kids' votes)

(Both list's/party's Presidents)

(GOD, I loved when he said to the other list/party: "And now, to you, a bit lower, so you can scream your list's name and hear me at the same time" and he started doing that thing he's doing in the picture, with the micro in he's neck and the sound kept coming out so perfectly. It was AWESOME!)

(The kids were so happy to have Fubu there!)

Right before he left, we still took one picture all together. He was really nice to us. He helped a lot.
In the end, he said: And then call me to let me how many votes you won for.

hahaha  WE ROCKED!

DAY 2 - Monday

(Our little mascot, Pippa. She's SO cute and funny and dinamic!)

(So, these are the bous of my band: Eduardo, the bassist, Mauro, the guitarrist and João, the drummer, from the left to the right)

(Our president! On this picture, he was singing 'Don't stop me now' with me. Why don't I show up?)

(omg, I LOVE this picture! our faces are the silliest ever!)

(Ina short break, We relaxed a little bit and played some football with the other List/party's ball)

(Still in the break)

(And Pippa, again)

These have been such a tiring and demanding days. These two last days, I had to be at school by 7:30 to fit the instruments up, to deal with the sound - oh boy, THE sound costed a huge headache -, to fill balloons, to prepare everything we could for the morning school breaks.
My performance was in the second break and it didn't went as well as I wanted. The microphones were kinda broken, the had too much interferences, and people were not able to hear my voice or Bernardo's voice, we could not find any amplifier or any column to connect my guitar to, so I didn't play.

It was a bit weird, but it was not that bad. Well, it could have been better, happens.
