Shopping - Help!

Hello, guys!
Today, I'm going to ask for your help.
As the weather is changing, my closet is getting useless. My clothes no longer satisfy me. I'm sure you understand. It's getting really cold and I need boots, jeans, sweaters and jackets.
I've got some pictures to show you of some really cute boots and jeans I saw on Pull&Bear website.
I'm going to shop with Filipa next Wednesday and I need some ideas for what I'm going to buy.

So, the boots I loved were these:

Which one do I buy?

Now, the jeans. I need more than one jeans, so, I guess I'm buying the three of them x)

(Oh, see the second boots? Aren't they lovely?)

And now, sweaters and jackets. Any ideas where to buy them? Any stores? Help me.

Love you all.

Maria.

Summer Trip to Scotland

Hi everyone!
I had no idea of what I was going to write about today. I was seeing some pictures of our trip to Scotland, in July, and I reminded that I could share some with you.

So, it starts like this: (remember, we where in the middle of the Summer and I never got so much rain in summer time, before!)

In Frankfurt Ariport

We had just arrived to Edimburgh

Me and Filipa in Starbucks (OMG! I had never been in one! In Portugal we only have one in Lisbon. After this trip, me and my family went to Lisbon and only then I went to THE portuguese starbucks)

(The cute and typical scottish man)

The royal boat.
I went there with Fii in a really fast visit. We ran. Literally. We had no time. The bus was about to pass again, to drive us back to the center of the city. At first, we did not find the entrance to the boat. We left the mall, where all of the other stayed to shop, and gave the all way back out only to discover that we could not go through there. So, we went to the shopping again and climbed to the third floor. So, in the end, right outside of  the visit, the nice man who gave us those phones from where we heard a lady explaining the visit and each division and bla bla (all things we had no time for), said "oh, uau girls, that was quite fast!". As you see in the image, the boat had several floors itself, so we had to go up and down the metal stairs to see all of them. I almost fell down in a hurry!

This one was in a long long trip to Inverness. Filipa, Me, Joana Margarida and Mariana, from the left to the right. - Friends 4ever!

Sara and Daniel with Scottish costums. They're so cute *.*

On Friday afternoon, after a rainstorm, which did not prevent certain creatures from walking in slippers

Half of us, portuguese people, with Alan, our bus driver x)  We miss him!

Me and Mariana with our best faces

Me and Mary Jane (ahaha that's how we started calling him in Scotland. His name is João Maria - Like Jonh Mary - and he hates when we call him that. Poor little him!)

This was in our last night. We spent the all night playing cards. It was so much fun!

Me, in the other part of the last night: we went to one of our rooms and played lots of games

Dolly, the sheep, in the Nacional Museum.

Still at the Museum, on Sunday Morning, before going to the airport.

In Paris Airport

On our way back to Portugal.

Math Test

So, you're probably wondering how my math test went, hum? Or not, if you're a clever person and don't give a damn about what I'm writing here in this non-sense blog.

Well, for those two types of people, I'll write it, anyway. Cause that's what I do best: talk about my SO not interesting life. Here it goes: It went GREAT!
Except that, in the end, the teacher asked for the draft paper. She wanted it inside the test. And, well, I kinda wrote to Filipa some of my answers so we could compare. It was it, I swear. It was in the end, we both had already finished. She had everything just like me and she smiled a lot as she was saying: "Ieeei! It's all right!" and I wrote her back in the paper: "We are going to have 20!" (I don't know how it works in your countries, but here, 20 is equivalent to the maximum grade. Like A. Our tests are rated from 0 to 20). So, I'm really scared about what teacher is going to think when she sees that. We were not cheating, but she obviously doesn't know that. She's one of our knew teachers, she doesn't know us. I would never ever cheat.

Never mind. I'm really confident. I hope to have a verynice grade. I'll let you know, then. Well, If the grade is not that good, I'll probably won't say anything 'cause I'll be embarrassed (:

This are some pictures from me and Rita (another super cool friend) on a beach-afternoon-session.
Love you all

(I know... I'm like: Whatever. And I look silly)

Finding Inspiration

I really need to debut the two new photographic rolls. I'm getting extremely anxious for taking new pictures. There are some lack of occasions, despite knowing that, deep down, all the moments are good for taking pictures: you just have to have the passion for shooting every single thing with glow. But with this weather I do not feel like going out and leave my warm orange blanket and my fluffy wool socks. What a lazy girl, Maria!

Not to mention the full-of-tests-week I'm going to have, starting with tomorrow. I spent the whole afternoon studying in Filipa's place, today. We worked really hard! I believe we know everything. I just hope our intelligence decides to appear tomorrow in the Hour of the Truth.

It's gonna be fine.

I'll let you know how it went and, later, when I get the grade, I'll post it in here (:

It is all, for now. I'll leave you with some more pictures of my own.

Lots of love, Maria.

Failed Attempt

Today was a very Windy, Gray and Rainy day. It was really scary!

During the whole afternoon seemed like the Gods where rebelling and wanted to put everything upside-down. It was a home-stayed afternoon, as you can imagine. So, I tryed to study maths (I have test on Tuesday) and then, around six, wrapped myself in a cute blanket with my little brother for a failed attempt to whatch Cars 2. It turns out that the movie was not in Portuguese and the subtitles were all incredibly poorly translated. He was not getting a thing of what the movie was about and so I sent him downstairs to whatch TV for a while and I'm downloading the movie in portugues which is taking a long while. Poor José.

The rain keeps knocking in my window. Is winter coming already?

Take a look at my LookBook page. click here (:

New song! - What love is about

Hello! Today I've got another new: I wrote a new song, which is really fantastic since my inspiration here has been low.

It is about life which imposes us increasingly difficult goals to achieve and that leaves us with no strength and without knowing what to do and without the will to overcome these obstacles. However, when we have someone on our side who teach us how to handle these adversities and who supports us and encourages us to not giving up, everything becomes easier. It also tells us of how love has the power to change life and how wise and loving words can change our world; it tells us what love is about: helping our beloved to get through the difficulties, understand and respect each other...

You'll be without the slightest notion of the harmony I wrote, but if you take a look at my youtube page in about ten years, maybe then there will already be a video with the whole music.

'Life keeps climbing high
And I don't know how to follow it
You said: "You'll know it will be worth while
Worth While

Time only makes you stronger
your heart will share love and hope
You'll Smile

Sometimes it seems you won't see the final stone
But you will find a way of your own"

Chorus:
With your wise words I found myself
Moreover, you gave me one more reason
To feel again
And day after day we've built this entire life together
We've learnt what love is about

I found your eyes
They're staring at mine
And then I feel your arms olding me tight
So tight

The pain I once had it's blowed away
I trust you, I love you
Theres no way I feel lost 'cause I know you'll light up
My way home

And chorus again"

How is it? Leave a coment

A new Passion

So, my first publication involves a set of photographs. I've been realizing about a whole new passion of mine, which, apparently, was buried in the deep of my heart and only now decided to bloom: photography.

It is something that fills me with bliss and joy. It's great how a simple sunset it's able to fascinate me that much. Or a normal situation in my daily life. I just do not hesitate to take my old analog machine (yes, very old. It belonged to my dear father who also loved photography) and shoot all the facts that exist in the realm of reality.
It is so magical!

This one above, was a pic I took in Lisbon, In a trip me and My family did, in Summer.
