4th Day of Survival

Guess what: I went to the beach! 

AGAIN! 

And it was a very nice way of spending my miserable day. I think I'm tanned. Me, tanned in March! And I did no go in the senior trip to Lloret! Ah-ah! 

I'm a bit happier 'cause I spoke to Rita  and to Gonçalo on the phone. I really miss them. I also have to call Joana Margarida (she's in Andorra) to ear how things are around there. If I don't call them, nobody cares about giving me any news! It is Wednesday, yet. Tomorrow they are going to Barcelona and then it is Friday and then it is Saturday and they come back! FINALLY! Ok, it sounded really selfish.

But I'm so much bored.

Anyway, hope you guys are having such great days and enjoying the sun! Yeah, hope you guys have sun... (a)

3rd Day of Survival

I'm reading this book, now. I really needed something new to read. I haven't touched a book since Christmas! Its original name is "where rainbows end" from Cecelia Ahern. I'm loving it!

I went to the beach today. I went to the beach yesterday as well, and in the day before. That's all I've been doing, actually: going to the beach. It is pretty much the only thing that keeps me away from depression. I already missed the sun and the sand. So it makes me very calm and relaxed going to the beach and it also keeps my thoughts from thinking about where I could be. The other reason is the tan. I love being suntanned and when my friends arrive some from the beach and others from the snow, maybe they will look at me and see how burned and sexy I am. Or that can not happen as well and they will just speak about how AMAZING this week was and how much they had fun.
And now I'm being dramatic. Again. Oh God, I've got to stop.

The weather is great and I'M GOING TO THE BEACH in March!! How cool is that?!

I'm happy. I'm so very happy!

And now I have to go. Making dinner. Helping my mom. 

Geez, I wanna die.

Senior Prom

It was the BEST NIGHT EVER! I only have these pictures because they were from my uncle's machine but there are still some more from Rita's and Joana's machine, which I'm only going to have in the end of this week because they went to the senior trip last night. AND I'M HERE, in my house, in this stupid place as usual. I'm sad and depressed and I only feel like eating chocolates and watching lots of movies and crying and screaming how uninteresting and sad my life is out loud. 

My mom did not let me go, I guess I've said this already, in some post.

Anyway, It was great, we stayed up all night in the disco and I only got home by 3 pm and I slept the whole afternoon (I just woke up with a message from a friend of mine who was in the bus, in his way to Lorett - Senior trip destiny - and I seized to send a message to all of my friends and wish them a good week) and only woke up for dinner.

I'm on a two weeks vacations right now and I'm not happy. I wish I could go back to school right on Monday so I could be with my friends and not alone and with nothing to do as I am right now. And it is only saturday! God, I have to survive this week. And I don't know how I'm gonna do that.

Wish my luck. And give some ideas, PLEASE!

All about the prom!

The last few days have been all about the Senior Prom, which is happening on Thursday and we are all so exited!

Last Thursday and yesterday me and Filipa went to our dress' fitting and I took some pictures from her dress. Take a look:

And then, there was the accessories part. On Saturday, me and Mariana Duque went to Coimbra by ourselves to find some shoes and a bag that matched the colors of my dress. So I needed shoes in a tone beige and a bag in the same tone. We walked half the city by our own feet from store to store to find the perfect shoes. The first store we walked in was in Mango and I saw some gorgeous shoes I immediately fell in love with. But I only bought them in the end of seeing every single store, so I was sure that there was no better shoes than those. And I found a bag in the store next door, so it was easy.

This bag was at H&M and I was so close to buy it! But when I was already in the queue, I noticed that maybe the texture of the bag (it looked like straw) did not coincide very well with the style of my dress. So I gave up of beeing in the queue and putted it in the place.

I love hats! I want one for Summer :D

These are stairs for nowhere. Mariana noticed they were going to absolutely nowhere! And it was so funny.

And here they are: My shoes and my bag. I was really happy to have found the perfect accessories   that match perfectly well with my dress.

And this is why I do not show in any of the pictures and the reason why I took all them. It is herpes in my nose and face. It only appears when I've got temperature and I got sick last Monday, so it appeared to me last Wednesday. It sucked. But know I'm fine and beautiful and looking like a princess again (a)

Took some days off

There is a reason for me to not have written for so long. There is, I swear, I didn't leave you dangling because I think that's a very nice thing to do. 

There's a few reasons, actually. First of all, I've been too busy with school, tests and chemistry and maths tutoring lessons and so on; secondly, I have been running out of a machine because my father did not bring me a new film roll for my Pentax, and my normal camera has got nothing interesting to shoot. Yeah, that kinda makes part of the third reason: My life has been the most uninteresting thing ever and I don't want you to get bored for reading bored things. Or for reading nothing, since there's nothing worth to post. 

And now, I found time to let you, my dear reads, know how much I'm sorry for this long absence.

I don't have any news, except for telling you that the purchase of the fabrics for my prom dress was successfully completed (I did not buy the exact color I wanted for my long skirt - the dress is divided into two parts: the top and the skirt) and I might go to the first fitting later this week-end, so I'm really exited.

I designed my own dress, so I'm totally relaxed and not worried about having the bad luck of having someone with the same dress as me. I don't have the portfolio with me, so I can not scanner it for you, but I'll leave you some dressed on which I based my design, so you have just an idea.

The color I wanted for the skirt was nude pink, but I did not find it, so it ended up for being just pink. Or dirt pink, I'm not sure.
